Description

These cheesy, buttery baked turkey and Swiss sliders are the ultimate comfort food. Made with sweet Hawaiian rolls, savory deli turkey, and gooey Swiss cheese, they’re quick, easy, and perfect for parties, casual dinners, or meal prepping.


Ingredients

  • 1 (12-count) package Hawaiian rolls

  • ½ cup whole grain mustard (or Dijon or honey mustard)

  • ⅓ cup mayonnaise (optional but recommended)

  • 6 slices Swiss cheese

  • 9 oz deli sliced turkey

  • 3 tablespoons butter, melted


Instructions

  • Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).

  • Slice the rolls horizontally into top and bottom halves, keeping them connected.

  • Spread ¼ cup mustard and all the mayonnaise on each half.

  • Layer half the turkey on the bottom, then add Swiss cheese, followed by remaining turkey.

  • Place the top rolls back on.

  • Mix melted butter with remaining ¼ cup mustard and brush over tops.

  • Bake uncovered for 15 minutes, or until golden brown and cheese is melted.

  • Let rest for a few minutes, slice, and serve warm.
