Description

These warm, cheesy turkey sliders are baked with a buttery brown sugar glaze that soaks into the rolls, making every bite irresistibly sweet and savory.


Ingredients

  • 12 small sandwich buns (e.g., Hawaiian or dinner rolls)

  • 1 pound deli sliced turkey

  • 12 slices provolone cheese

  • Butter Sauce Topping:

    • 1 stick (½ cup) unsalted butter

    • 2 tbsp brown sugar

    • 1 tbsp Worcestershire sauce

    • 1 tbsp dried mustard

    • 1 tbsp poppy seeds


Instructions

  • Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).

  • Slice rolls in half; layer turkey and provolone evenly.

  • Place sandwiches in a lined baking dish.

  • In a saucepan, melt butter. Stir in brown sugar, Worcestershire, mustard, and poppy seeds.

  • Pour sauce over sandwiches. (Optional: refrigerate overnight.)

  • Bake uncovered for 20 minutes or until tops are golden and cheese is melted.
