Juicy mini turkey sausages are wrapped in crispy turkey bacon, coated in a sweet and spicy brown sugar glaze, and baked to perfection. - 1 lb mini turkey sausages (cocktail sausages)
- 12 slices turkey bacon, cut in half
- ½ cup brown sugar
- 1 tsp chili powder
- ½ tsp smoked paprika
- ¼ tsp cayenne pepper (optional)
- 1 tbsp honey
- Toothpicks (to secure wraps)
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- Wrap each turkey sausage with a half-slice of turkey bacon and secure with a toothpick.
- In a bowl, mix brown sugar, chili powder, smoked paprika, cayenne pepper, and honey.
- Roll each wrapped sausage in the sugar-spice mixture to coat evenly.
- Place on the baking sheet seam-side down and bake for 25-30 minutes, flipping halfway.
- Optional: Broil for 2-3 minutes at the end for extra crispiness.
- Let cool slightly and serve with your favorite dipping sauce!
