A vibrant and refreshing summer fruit salad made with strawberries, blueberries, peaches, and kiwi, tossed in a light honey lime dressing. This quick, no-cook recipe is perfect for warm weather picnics, potlucks, and healthy snacking.
Ingredients

12 oz strawberries, hulled and sliced

3 peaches, diced

1½ cups blueberries

2–3 kiwis, peeled and sliced

3 tbsp honey

2 tbsp fresh lime juice
Instructions

Wash and prepare all fruit. Hull and slice strawberries, dice peaches, peel and slice kiwis, and rinse blueberries.

In a small bowl, whisk honey and lime juice until smooth and slightly runny.

Add fruit to a large bowl. Drizzle with honey lime dressing.

Gently toss to coat without mashing the fruit.

Serve immediately or chill for up to 2 hours before serving.
