Description
A light, vibrant, and refreshing fruit salad made with ripe peaches, mixed berries, and a zesty maple lime dressing. Vegan, gluten-free, and perfect for summer.
Ingredients

3–4 ripe peaches, sliced or diced

1½–2 cups strawberries, hulled and halved

1 cup blueberries

1 cup raspberries

1 tablespoon maple syrup (or honey)

1 teaspoon lime zest (optional)
Instructions

Wash and dry all fruits thoroughly.

Slice peaches and strawberries as needed.

In a small bowl, whisk together maple syrup, lime juice, and lime zest.

Place all fruit in a large serving bowl.
