- 16 oz cream cheese, softened
- ½ cup sour cream
- ¾ cup granulated sugar
- 2 eggs
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
For the Topping:
- Whipped cream
- Sprinkles or crushed cookies
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 325°F (163°C). Grease a 9-inch springform pan.
- Press sugar cookie dough into the bottom of the pan and bake for 10 minutes. Let cool slightly.
- In a bowl, beat cream cheese and sugar until smooth. Add eggs, sour cream, and vanilla, mixing until creamy.
- Pour the cheesecake batter over the cookie crust and bake for 40-45 minutes until the center is slightly jiggly.
- Let cool at room temperature, then refrigerate for at least 4 hours (preferably overnight).
- Top with whipped cream and sprinkles before serving.
