Description

This strawberry shortcake fudge is a delicious no-bake dessert made with creamy white chocolate, crushed Golden Oreos, and freeze-dried strawberries. It’s easy to make, perfect for gifting, and packed with real strawberry flavor!


Ingredients

  • 3 cups white chocolate chips
  • 1 can (14 oz) sweetened condensed milk
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1 cup crushed Golden Oreos
  • ½ cup freeze-dried strawberries, crushed
  • 1 tbsp butter

Instructions

  • Line an 8×8-inch baking dish with parchment paper.
  • In a saucepan over low heat, melt white chocolate chips, sweetened condensed milk, and butter, stirring until smooth.
  • Remove from heat and stir in vanilla extract. Fold in crushed Golden Oreos and freeze-dried strawberries, reserving some for topping.
  • Pour the mixture into the prepared dish, smoothing the top. Sprinkle with the remaining Oreos and strawberries.
  • Refrigerate for at least 3 hours until set. Slice into squares and enjoy!

Notes

  • For extra strawberry flavor, add a few drops of strawberry extract.
