Description
This strawberry shortcake fudge is a delicious no-bake dessert made with creamy white chocolate, crushed Golden Oreos, and freeze-dried strawberries. It’s easy to make, perfect for gifting, and packed with real strawberry flavor!

- 3 cups white chocolate chips
- 1 can (14 oz) sweetened condensed milk
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 1 cup crushed Golden Oreos
- ½ cup freeze-dried strawberries, crushed
- 1 tbsp butter
Instructions
- Line an 8×8-inch baking dish with parchment paper.
- In a saucepan over low heat, melt white chocolate chips, sweetened condensed milk, and butter, stirring until smooth.
- Remove from heat and stir in vanilla extract. Fold in crushed Golden Oreos and freeze-dried strawberries, reserving some for topping.
- Pour the mixture into the prepared dish, smoothing the top. Sprinkle with the remaining Oreos and strawberries.
- Refrigerate for at least 3 hours until set. Slice into squares and enjoy!
Notes
- For extra strawberry flavor, add a few drops of strawberry extract.
- Store in an airtight container in the fridge for up to 1 week.
