These Strawberry Mango Swirl Popsicles are the perfect summer treat—bright, refreshing, naturally sweet, and made with only 5 simple ingredients. Great for kids and adults, they’re dairy-free, gluten-free, and totally Instagram-worthy!
Ingredients

3 cups strawberries, hulled and halved

1 tablespoon lime juice

1 tablespoon maple syrup

3 cups cubed mango (fresh or frozen, thawed)

1/3 cup orange juice
Instructions

In a saucepan over medium heat, combine strawberries, lime juice, and maple syrup. Cook for 5–10 minutes until strawberries soften.

Blend the strawberry mixture until smooth. Pour into popsicle molds, filling halfway.

Rinse the blender, add mango and orange juice, and blend until smooth.

Pour mango layer on top of strawberry layer.

Optional: Swirl gently with a skewer or chopstick for a marbled effect.

Insert sticks and freeze for at least 6 hours or overnight.

Run molds under warm water for 30 seconds to release popsicles.
