These homemade Strawberry Mango Popsicles are naturally sweet, made with real fruit, and perfect for a refreshing summer treat. Easy to make, dairy-free, and kid-friendly!
Ingredients

- 1 cup fresh or frozen strawberries
- 1 cup fresh or frozen mango chunks
- ½ cup coconut water or orange juice
- 1 tbsp honey or maple syrup (optional)
Instructions
- Blend mango with half of the liquid until smooth. Pour into popsicle molds, filling halfway. Freeze for 30 minutes.
- Blend strawberries with the remaining liquid until smooth. Pour over the mango layer.
- Insert popsicle sticks and freeze for 4-6 hours until fully set.
- To release, run the mold under warm water for a few seconds. Enjoy!
Notes
- Swap coconut water for Greek yogurt for a creamier version.
- Add lime juice for a tangy twist.
- Store in the freezer for up to one month.
