Description

These homemade Strawberry Mango Popsicles are naturally sweet, made with real fruit, and perfect for a refreshing summer treat. Easy to make, dairy-free, and kid-friendly!


Ingredients

Scale
  • 1 cup fresh or frozen strawberries
  • 1 cup fresh or frozen mango chunks
  • ½ cup coconut water or orange juice
  • 1 tbsp honey or maple syrup (optional)

Instructions

  • Blend mango with half of the liquid until smooth. Pour into popsicle molds, filling halfway. Freeze for 30 minutes.
  • Blend strawberries with the remaining liquid until smooth. Pour over the mango layer.
  • Insert popsicle sticks and freeze for 4-6 hours until fully set.
  • To release, run the mold under warm water for a few seconds. Enjoy!

Notes

  • Swap coconut water for Greek yogurt for a creamier version.
  • Add lime juice for a tangy twist.
  • Store in the freezer for up to one month.
