For the Brownies:

  • 1 box strawberry cake mix
  • 2 large eggs
  • ⅓ cup vegetable oil

For the Glaze:

  • 1 cup powdered sugar
  • 2 tbsp milk or heavy cream
  • ½ tsp vanilla extract

Instructions

  • Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease an 8×8-inch baking dish.
  • Mix strawberry cake mix, eggs, and vegetable oil in a bowl until a thick batter forms.
  • Press the batter evenly into the prepared baking dish.
  • Bake for 15-18 minutes or until the edges start to pull away from the pan. The center should be slightly soft.
  • Cool completely before adding the glaze.
  • Whisk powdered sugar, milk, and vanilla extract until smooth.
  • Drizzle glaze over cooled brownies and let it set before slicing.
