  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 tsp paprika
  • 1 tsp salt, divided
  • ¼ tsp garlic powder
  • ¼ tsp onion powder
  • 4 oz cream cheese, softened
  • ¼ cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 2 tbsp mayonnaise
  • 1½ cups fresh spinach, chopped
  • 1 tsp minced garlic
  • ½ tsp red pepper flakes

Instructions

  • Preheat oven to 375°F.
  • Season chicken breasts with olive oil, paprika, garlic powder, onion powder, and half the salt. Cut a pocket into each breast.
  • In a bowl, mix cream cheese, Parmesan, mayonnaise, spinach, garlic, red pepper flakes, and remaining salt.
  • Stuff the mixture into the chicken breasts and place them in a baking dish.
  • Bake uncovered for 25-30 minutes until chicken reaches 165°F.
  • Let rest for 5 minutes, then serve hot.
