- 4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- 1 tsp paprika
- 1 tsp salt, divided
- ¼ tsp garlic powder
- ¼ tsp onion powder
- 4 oz cream cheese, softened
- ¼ cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 2 tbsp mayonnaise
- 1½ cups fresh spinach, chopped
- 1 tsp minced garlic
- ½ tsp red pepper flakes
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 375°F.
- Season chicken breasts with olive oil, paprika, garlic powder, onion powder, and half the salt. Cut a pocket into each breast.
- In a bowl, mix cream cheese, Parmesan, mayonnaise, spinach, garlic, red pepper flakes, and remaining salt.
- Stuff the mixture into the chicken breasts and place them in a baking dish.
- Bake uncovered for 25-30 minutes until chicken reaches 165°F.
- Let rest for 5 minutes, then serve hot.
