Description

Tender, bite-sized chicken breast pieces are marinated in a bold, creamy Bang Bang sauce and grilled to juicy perfection. This easy, halal-friendly recipe is perfect for weeknights or BBQs and bursts with sweet, spicy, and savory flavor.

Ingredients

Scale
  • 34 boneless, skinless chicken breasts, cut into chunks

  • Olive oil (for grill prep)

For the Bang Bang Sauce (marinade + topping):

  • 2 Tbsp mayonnaise

  • 4 Tbsp sour cream (preferably full-fat)

  • 1 tsp Dijon mustard

  • ⅓ cup Thai sweet chili sauce

  • ½ tsp Sriracha (adjust to taste)

  • 1 tsp honey

Instructions

  • Whisk all sauce ingredients until smooth.

  • Divide sauce in half. Use one half to marinate the chicken for 15–30 minutes.

  • Preheat grill to medium and brush with olive oil.

  • Thread marinated chicken onto soaked wooden or metal skewers.

  • Grill for 4–5 minutes per side or until internal temp reaches 165°F.

  • Drizzle with remaining sauce and serve immediately.

Notes

  • Adjust sriracha to suit your spice level.

  • Sauce doubles as a dip—make extra if desired.

  • Skewers can be baked at 425°F for 20–25 minutes.
