Ingredients

3–4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts, cut into chunks

For the Bang Bang Sauce (marinade + topping):

2 Tbsp mayonnaise

4 Tbsp sour cream (preferably full-fat)

1 tsp Dijon mustard

⅓ cup Thai sweet chili sauce

½ tsp Sriracha (adjust to taste)

Instructions

Whisk all sauce ingredients until smooth.

Divide sauce in half. Use one half to marinate the chicken for 15–30 minutes.
