- ½ tsp dried thyme
- ½ tsp dried rosemary
- ½ tsp salt (or to taste)
- ¼ tsp black pepper
- ¼ cup beef broth
- 1 tbsp olive oil
Instructions
- Season beef with salt, black pepper, smoked paprika, and onion powder.
- Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium-high heat and sear the beef on all sides.
- Place potatoes at the bottom of the slow cooker, followed by the beef.
- In a small bowl, mix melted butter, garlic, thyme, rosemary, and beef broth. Pour over the beef and potatoes.
