Ingredients

- 1 lb shrimp (peeled & deveined)
- 10 oz cheese tortellini (fresh or frozen)
- 4 cloves garlic (minced)
- 3 tbsp butter
- 1 tsp Italian seasoning
- ½ tsp red pepper flakes (optional)
- 1 cup heavy cream
- ½ cup Parmesan cheese (grated)
- Juice of ½ lemon
- Salt & pepper to taste
- Fresh parsley for garnish
Instructions
- Cook the tortellini according to package instructions. Drain and set aside.
- In a skillet, melt 1 tbsp butter over medium heat. Add shrimp, season with salt and pepper, and cook for 2-3 minutes per side. Remove from the pan.
- Melt the remaining butter in the same skillet. Sauté garlic for 30 seconds until fragrant.
- Pour in the heavy cream, add Italian seasoning and Parmesan cheese, and stir until smooth. Let it simmer for 2-3 minutes.
- Add the cooked tortellini and shrimp back to the pan. Squeeze in fresh lemon juice and toss everything together. Heat for 1-2 minutes.
- Garnish with parsley and serve immediately.
