- 2 cans (15 oz each) corn, drained (or 2 cups frozen corn, thawed)
- 1 cup milk or heavy cream
- ½ cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 2 eggs, beaten
- 1 cup crushed buttery crackers or breadcrumbs
- ¼ cup butter, melted
- ½ tsp garlic powder
- Salt & pepper to taste
- Fresh parsley for garnish (optional)
Instructions
- Preheat & Prep: Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a baking dish.
- Mix Ingredients: In a large bowl, whisk milk, eggs, garlic powder, salt, and pepper. Stir in corn and cheese.
- Assemble: Pour the mixture into the baking dish. Top with crushed crackers and drizzle with melted butter.
- Bake: Bake for 30-35 minutes until golden brown and set.
- Serve: Garnish with parsley and serve warm.
