1 can (16.3 oz) refrigerated biscuit dough (8 biscuits)

1 lb cooked chicken or beef sausage, crumbled (use pre-cooked for faster prep!)

Instructions

Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C). Lightly grease a standard muffin tin.

Separate the biscuit dough into 8 pieces. Flatten each biscuit and press it into the muffin tin cups to form small bowls.

In a medium bowl, mix the crumbled sausage and shredded cheese.
