  • 1 can (16.3 oz) refrigerated biscuit dough (8 biscuits)

  • 1 lb cooked chicken or beef sausage, crumbled (use pre-cooked for faster prep!)

  • 1 1/2 cups shredded cheddar cheese (or your favorite cheese blend)


Instructions

  • Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C). Lightly grease a standard muffin tin.

  • Separate the biscuit dough into 8 pieces. Flatten each biscuit and press it into the muffin tin cups to form small bowls.

  • In a medium bowl, mix the crumbled sausage and shredded cheese.

  • Spoon the sausage-cheese mixture evenly into each biscuit cup.

  • Bake for 15-17 minutes, or until biscuits are golden brown and cheese is melted.

  • Let cool slightly before removing from the tin. Serve warm and enjoy!
