1–2 tablespoons warm water (to thin the sauce)

Instructions

Preheat Oven: Preheat your oven to 425°F (220°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.

Prepare Cauliflower: Wash and cut the cauliflower into florets. Pat dry and place in a large mixing bowl.

Season Cauliflower: Add olive oil, Moroccan spice blend, salt, and pepper. Toss well to coat evenly.

Roast: Spread cauliflower on the baking sheet in a single layer. Roast for 25-30 minutes, flipping halfway through, until golden brown and tender.
