Ingredients

¼ large sweet white onion (Vidalia recommended)

1 tablespoon canned diced jalapeño

2 (4 oz) cans green chiles

2 (14 oz) cans diced tomatoes (drain one)

¾ teaspoon garlic salt

¾ teaspoon cumin
-
¾ teaspoon sugar
-
½ teaspoon salt

¼ teaspoon garlic powder

2 teaspoons lime juice
Instructions

Add onion and jalapeño to a blender or food processor. Pulse until finely diced.

Add remaining ingredients to the blender.

Blend until desired consistency is reached.

Taste and adjust seasoning if needed.

Chill for at least 2 hours before serving for best flavor.
