  • 4 large flour tortillas
  • 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese (or your favorite cheese blend)
  • 1/2 cup pizza sauce (plus extra for dipping)
  • 2025 slices of pepperoni (or cooked chicken, veggies, etc.)
  • 1 tbsp butter or olive oil (for cooking)
  • Optional: Dried oregano, red pepper flakes, fresh basil

Instructions

  • Assemble the Quesadillas:

    • Spread 2 tablespoons of pizza sauce over half of each tortilla.
    • Add shredded cheese, pepperoni, and any other desired toppings.
    • Sprinkle with oregano, red pepper flakes, or fresh basil if desired.
    • Fold the tortilla in half to enclose the filling.
  • Cook the Quesadillas:

    • Heat butter or olive oil in a skillet over medium heat.
    • Cook each quesadilla for 2–3 minutes per side, until golden brown and cheese is melted.
