Ingredients

  • 1 cup peanut butter (smooth, not natural or crunchy)

  • 1 cup cream cheese (softened, full-fat preferred)

  • 1 cup powdered sugar (or low-carb alternative)

  • 1 cup heavy whipping cream

  • Optional: 1 tsp vanilla extract


Instructions

  • In a large bowl, beat together the peanut butter, cream cheese, powdered sugar, and vanilla until smooth.

  • In a separate bowl, whip the heavy cream until stiff peaks form.

  • Gently fold the whipped cream into the peanut butter mixture in 2–3 batches until fully combined and fluffy.

  • Spoon or pipe into serving dishes and chill if desired.

  • Serve plain or topped with crushed peanuts, chocolate chips, or whipped cream.

Notes

  • Avoid using natural peanut butter to prevent oil separation.
