Ingredients

1 cup peanut butter (smooth, not natural or crunchy)

1 cup cream cheese (softened, full-fat preferred)

1 cup powdered sugar (or low-carb alternative)

1 cup heavy whipping cream

Optional: 1 tsp vanilla extract
Instructions

In a large bowl, beat together the peanut butter, cream cheese, powdered sugar, and vanilla until smooth.

In a separate bowl, whip the heavy cream until stiff peaks form.

Gently fold the whipped cream into the peanut butter mixture in 2–3 batches until fully combined and fluffy.

Spoon or pipe into serving dishes and chill if desired.

Serve plain or topped with crushed peanuts, chocolate chips, or whipped cream.
