These quick and easy pan-fried cinnamon bananas are caramelized to perfection with honey and cinnamon. Perfect as a healthy snack, breakfast topping, or dessert, they take just 5 minutes to make and are naturally sweet and flavorful.

- 2 ripe (but firm) bananas, sliced
- 1 tbsp butter or coconut oil
- 1 tbsp honey or maple syrup
- ½ tsp cinnamon
- ¼ tsp nutmeg (optional)
Instructions
- Heat a nonstick pan over medium heat and melt the butter.
- Place banana slices in the pan in a single layer.
- Drizzle with honey and sprinkle with cinnamon and nutmeg.
- Cook for 1-2 minutes per side until golden and caramelized.
- Serve warm as is, or over yogurt, pancakes, or ice cream.
