Ingredients

  • ½ cup peanut butter (or any nut/seed butter)

  • 1 tablespoon chia seeds (optional)

  • ⅛ teaspoon salt

  • Optional: mini chocolate chips or raisins


Instructions

  • Soften the nut butter slightly if needed.

  • In a bowl, mix oats, chia seeds, and salt.

  • Add nut butter and sweetener. Stir until fully combined.

  • Let cool slightly before adding chocolate chips (if using).

  • Scoop and roll into balls using your hands or a small scoop.
