Description

A chewy, chocolatey, and coconut-packed treat rolled in graham cracker crumbs—no oven needed. Perfect for make-ahead desserts, parties, or a quick sweet snack.

Ingredients

Scale
  • 1¼ cups (255g) chocolate chips (semi-sweet recommended)

  • 1 can (300ml) sweetened condensed milk

  • 1½ cups (120g) dried unsweetened coconut

  • 1½ cups (180g) graham cracker crumbs

  • ¼ cup (57g) melted butter

  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract

  • ½ cup (60g) additional graham cracker crumbs (for rolling)

Instructions

  • In a large bowl, mix melted butter, condensed milk, and vanilla.

  • Add graham crumbs, coconut, and chocolate chips. Mix until well combined.

  • Chill the dough for 1 hour (or freeze for 15–20 minutes).

  • Roll into 1¼ tablespoon-sized balls.

  • Coat each ball in extra graham cracker crumbs.

  • Chill again for 30 minutes to 1 hour until firm. Serve chilled or at room temp.

Notes

  • Use unsweetened coconut to avoid overly sweet balls.

  • Chill thoroughly for easier rolling and better texture.

  • Store in fridge or freezer for longer shelf life.
