Ingredients

1¼ cups (255g) chocolate chips (semi-sweet recommended)

1 can (300ml) sweetened condensed milk

1½ cups (120g) dried unsweetened coconut

1½ cups (180g) graham cracker crumbs

¼ cup (57g) melted butter

1 teaspoon vanilla extract

½ cup (60g) additional graham cracker crumbs (for rolling)
Instructions

In a large bowl, mix melted butter, condensed milk, and vanilla.

Add graham crumbs, coconut, and chocolate chips. Mix until well combined.

Chill the dough for 1 hour (or freeze for 15–20 minutes).

Roll into 1¼ tablespoon-sized balls.

Coat each ball in extra graham cracker crumbs.

Chill again for 30 minutes to 1 hour until firm. Serve chilled or at room temp.
