Ingredients

Scale
  • 1 deep-dish pie crust (store-bought or homemade)
  • 1 cup diced ham (pre-cooked)
  • 2 oz cream cheese (softened)

  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 3 large eggs
  • ¼ tsp hot sauce
  • ½ tsp Worcestershire sauce
  • Salt and black pepper to taste
  • 1 deep-dish pie crust (store-bought or homemade)
  • 1 cup diced ham (pre-cooked)
  • 2 oz cream cheese (softened)
  • ½ cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 3 tbsp sour cream
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 3 large eggs
  • ¼ tsp hot sauce
  • ½ tsp Worcestershire sauce
  • Salt and black pepper to taste

Instructions

  • Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C). Pre-bake the pie crust for 5-7 minutes.
  • Cook the ham in a pan over medium heat for 3-5 minutes to remove moisture. Set aside.
  • Mix the filling by combining cream cheese, sour cream, hot sauce, and Worcestershire sauce. Stir in the ham and shredded cheese.
  • Whisk the custard by beating eggs, heavy cream, salt, and black pepper until smooth.
  • Assemble the quiche by spreading the ham mixture into the crust, then pouring the custard over the top.
  • Bake for 50-60 minutes until set and golden brown. Let cool for 10 minutes before slicing.

Notes

  • Pre-baking the crust helps prevent sogginess.
  • Can be made vegetarian by swapping ham for mushrooms or spinach.
  • Stores well in the fridge for 3 days or freezer for 2 months.
