Description

A refreshing and zesty non-alcoholic summer drink made with fresh mint, lime, agave syrup, and sparkling water. Perfect for hot days and all ages.


Ingredients

  • 1 fresh lime, cut into cubes

  • 6 fresh mint leaves

  • 10 ml agave syrup

  • 10 ml lemon syrup

  • Crushed ice

  • Sparkling water or soda water


Instructions

  • In a highball glass, muddle the lime cubes, mint leaves, agave syrup, and lemon syrup together.

  • Fill the glass with crushed ice.

  • Top with sparkling water or soda water.

  • Stir gently and garnish with a mint sprig or lime wedge.

  • Serve immediately with a straw.

Notes

  • For a sweeter drink, increase agave syrup by 5 ml.

  • Use chilled sparkling water to keep the drink colder longer.
