Description

A sweet, creamy, and refreshing no-bake dessert made with peaches, pineapple, marshmallows, vanilla pudding, and whipped topping. Perfect for summer gatherings, potlucks, and holiday feasts.

Ingredients

Scale
  • 1 can (15 oz) peach slices, drained & chopped
  • 1 can (20 oz) crushed pineapple, drained
  • 1 cup mini marshmallows
  • 1 box (3.4 oz) instant vanilla pudding mix
  • 1 tub (8 oz) whipped topping (like Cool Whip)
  • ½ cup chopped pecans (optional)
  • ½ cup shredded coconut (optional)

Instructions

  • Drain the peaches and chop them into bite-sized pieces. Drain the crushed pineapple well.
  • In a large mixing bowl, whisk the instant vanilla pudding mix with the pineapple juice until smooth and slightly thickened.
  • Gently fold in the whipped topping to create a light and fluffy texture.
  • Add the chopped peaches, crushed pineapple, and mini marshmallows, mixing gently to coat everything evenly.
  • If using, stir in the chopped pecans and shredded coconut for added texture.
  • Cover and refrigerate for at least 1 hour before serving to allow the flavors to meld.
  • Serve chilled and enjoy!

Notes

  • For extra flavor, add a dash of cinnamon or nutmeg.
  • Fresh peaches can be used instead of canned when in season.
