- 1 cup heavy cream

- 10 oz cheese tortellini (fresh or frozen)

Instructions
- Season chicken with salt, pepper, and Italian seasoning.
- Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat. Sear the chicken for 4-5 minutes per side until golden brown. Remove and set aside.
- In the same skillet, sauté minced garlic and sun-dried tomatoes for 1 minute.
- Pour in chicken broth, then stir in heavy cream, Parmesan cheese, and red pepper flakes. Simmer for 2-3 minutes.
- Add tortellini to the skillet and cook in the sauce for 5 minutes until tender.
- Slice the chicken and return it to the skillet, stirring to combine.
