- 1 bag frozen French fries
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- ½ tsp salt
- 1 cup shredded cheese (cheddar, mozzarella, or mix)
- ½ cup cooked turkey bacon, crumbled
- ½ cup black beans, rinsed and drained
- 1 avocado, diced
- ½ cup diced tomatoes
- ¼ cup chopped red onion
- ¼ cup fresh cilantro, chopped
For the Drizzle:
- ½ cup sour cream or Greek yogurt
- Juice of ½ a lime
- ½ tsp chili powder
- ½ tsp garlic powder
- 1 tbsp water (to thin)
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 425°F (220°C). Spread fries on a baking sheet, drizzle with olive oil and salt, and bake for 20-25 minutes, flipping halfway.
- While the fries bake, cook and crumble the turkey bacon. Dice the avocado, tomatoes, and red onion.
- In a bowl, mix sour cream, lime juice, chili powder, garlic powder, and water until smooth.
- Once fries are crispy, sprinkle cheese on top and return to the oven for 3-5 minutes until melted.
- Top with black beans, bacon, avocado, tomatoes, and red onion. Drizzle with sauce and garnish with cilantro. Serve immediately.

- For extra crispiness, use an air fryer.
- Customize toppings with jalapeños, BBQ sauce, or shredded chicken.
- Swap regular fries for sweet potato fries for a healthier twist.
