These loaded fries are crispy, cheesy, and packed with flavor! Topped with melted cheese, savory bacon, black beans, avocado, and a creamy drizzle, they are the perfect snack or party appetizer.

Ingredients

Scale
  • 1 bag frozen French fries
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • ½ tsp salt
  • 1 cup shredded cheese (cheddar, mozzarella, or mix)
  • ½ cup cooked turkey bacon, crumbled
  • ½ cup black beans, rinsed and drained
  • 1 avocado, diced
  • ½ cup diced tomatoes
  • ¼ cup chopped red onion
  • ¼ cup fresh cilantro, chopped

For the Drizzle:

  • ½ cup sour cream or Greek yogurt
  • Juice of ½ a lime
  • ½ tsp chili powder
  • ½ tsp garlic powder
  • 1 tbsp water (to thin)

Instructions

  • Preheat oven to 425°F (220°C). Spread fries on a baking sheet, drizzle with olive oil and salt, and bake for 20-25 minutes, flipping halfway.
  • While the fries bake, cook and crumble the turkey bacon. Dice the avocado, tomatoes, and red onion.
  • In a bowl, mix sour cream, lime juice, chili powder, garlic powder, and water until smooth.
  • Once fries are crispy, sprinkle cheese on top and return to the oven for 3-5 minutes until melted.
  • Top with black beans, bacon, avocado, tomatoes, and red onion. Drizzle with sauce and garnish with cilantro. Serve immediately.

Notes

  • For extra crispiness, use an air fryer.
  • Customize toppings with jalapeños, BBQ sauce, or shredded chicken.
  • Swap regular fries for sweet potato fries for a healthier twist.
