Description

  • 1 box lemon cake mix
  • 1 cup plain Greek yogurt
  • 1 cup water

Instructions

  • Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a 9×13-inch baking dish or round cake pan.
  • In a large bowl, mix lemon cake mix, Greek yogurt, and water until smooth.
  • Pour batter into the prepared pan and bake for 25–30 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted in the center comes out clean.
  • Let the cake cool completely before slicing.
  • Optional: Dust with powdered sugar or drizzle with a light lemon glaze.

Notes
