1 (16 oz) container whipped topping (use 12 oz for fluff, 4 oz reserved for topping)
Instructions

In a medium bowl, dissolve lemon Jello in boiling water. Let cool for 20 minutes.

In a large bowl, beat cream cheese and crushed pineapple (with juice) until mostly smooth.

Slowly add the cooled Jello to the cream cheese mixture. Mix until well combined.

Fold in 12 oz of whipped topping and blend until fluffy.

Pour into a serving bowl or dish, cover, and refrigerate for at least 4 hours.

Top with reserved whipped topping and garnish with fruit or berries if desired.
