Description

A refreshing and elegant alcohol-free mocktail made with fresh lemon juice, mint, and homemade lavender syrup. Perfect for summer, brunch, and family events.


Ingredients

For the Lavender Simple Syrup:

  • 1 cup water

  • 1 cup sugar

  • 1 tablespoon dried culinary lavender

For the Mocktail:

  • 1 cup freshly squeezed lemon juice (47 lemons)

  • 1 small bunch fresh mint leaves

  • 2 cups cold water

  • ¾ cup lavender simple syrup (chilled)

  • Ice, to serve

  • Optional: lemon slices, lavender buds, mint sprigs for garnish


Instructions

  • Make Lavender Syrup: Simmer sugar, water, and lavender for 10 minutes. Steep for 1 hour. Strain and chill.

  • Muddle Mint & Lemon: In a pitcher, muddle mint with lemon juice.

  • Mix Drink: Add cold water and lavender syrup. Stir well.

  • Serve: Pour into ice-filled glasses and garnish with mint, lemon, or lavender.

Notes

  • Use culinary lavender only

  • Adjust syrup to taste

  • Add sparkling water for a bubbly version
