A refreshing and elegant alcohol-free mocktail made with fresh lemon juice, mint, and homemade lavender syrup. Perfect for summer, brunch, and family events.
Ingredients
For the Lavender Simple Syrup:

1 cup water

1 cup sugar

1 tablespoon dried culinary lavender
For the Mocktail:

1 cup freshly squeezed lemon juice (4–7 lemons)

1 small bunch fresh mint leaves

2 cups cold water

¾ cup lavender simple syrup (chilled)

Ice, to serve

Optional: lemon slices, lavender buds, mint sprigs for garnish
Instructions

Make Lavender Syrup: Simmer sugar, water, and lavender for 10 minutes. Steep for 1 hour. Strain and chill.

Muddle Mint & Lemon: In a pitcher, muddle mint with lemon juice.

Mix Drink: Add cold water and lavender syrup. Stir well.

Serve: Pour into ice-filled glasses and garnish with mint, lemon, or lavender.
