Ingredients
Crust:

2 cups graham cracker crumbs

½ cup unsalted butter, melted

¼ cup granulated sugar
Cream Cheese Layer:

8 oz cream cheese, softened

1 cup powdered sugar

1 tsp vanilla extract
Whipped Cream:

2 cups heavy whipping cream (divided)
Key Lime Layer:

1 can (14 oz) sweetened condensed milk

½ cup Key lime juice (fresh preferred)

2 tbsp Key lime zest
Instructions

In a bowl, mix graham cracker crumbs, sugar, and melted butter. Press into a 9×13” pan. Chill.

Beat cream cheese, powdered sugar, and vanilla until smooth.

Whip cream to stiff peaks. Fold half into cream cheese mixture. Spread over crust.

Mix condensed milk, lime juice, and zest. Spread over cream cheese layer.

Top with remaining whipped cream. Smooth out. Garnish with zest.

Chill for at least 4 hours or overnight.

Slice and serve chilled.

For best results, use fresh Key limes.
