Description

A refreshing no-bake dessert layered with a buttery graham cracker crust, creamy vanilla-laced filling, zesty key lime topping, and fluffy whipped cream. Perfect for summer gatherings, potlucks, or make-ahead sweet treats.

Crust:

  • 2 cups graham cracker crumbs

  • ½ cup unsalted butter, melted

  • ¼ cup granulated sugar

Cream Cheese Layer:

  • 8 oz cream cheese, softened

  • 1 cup powdered sugar

  • 1 tsp vanilla extract

Whipped Cream:

  • 2 cups heavy whipping cream (divided)

Key Lime Layer:

  • 1 can (14 oz) sweetened condensed milk

  • ½ cup Key lime juice (fresh preferred)

  • 2 tbsp Key lime zest


Instructions

  • In a bowl, mix graham cracker crumbs, sugar, and melted butter. Press into a 9×13” pan. Chill.

  • Beat cream cheese, powdered sugar, and vanilla until smooth.

  • Whip cream to stiff peaks. Fold half into cream cheese mixture. Spread over crust.

  • Mix condensed milk, lime juice, and zest. Spread over cream cheese layer.

  • Top with remaining whipped cream. Smooth out. Garnish with zest.

  • Chill for at least 4 hours or overnight.

  • Slice and serve chilled.

Notes

  • For best results, use fresh Key limes.

  • Let bars sit at room temp for 5–10 minutes before slicing for cleaner cuts.

  • Store in fridge for up to 5 days or freeze up to 3 months.
