These juicy turkey sliders are packed with flavor, easy to make, and perfect for weeknight dinners or parties. With lean ground turkey, melty cheese, and toasted buns, they’re a healthier spin on classic mini burgers the whole family will love.

Ingredients

Scale
  • 1.5 lbs ground turkey (93% lean)

  • 1/4 cup finely diced onion

  • 2 garlic cloves, minced

  • 1 tbsp Dijon mustard

  • 1 tbsp Worcestershire sauce

  • 1/2 tsp paprika

  • 1/2 tsp salt

  • 1/4 tsp ground black pepper

  • 1 egg

  • 1/3 cup breadcrumbs

  • 12 slider buns

  • 12 cheese slices (cheddar, mozzarella, or provolone)

  • Butter or olive oil (for toasting buns)

  • Optional: Lettuce, tomato, pickles, onion, ketchup, mustard, mayo

Instructions

  • In a large bowl, gently mix turkey, onion, garlic, mustard, Worcestershire, paprika, salt, pepper, egg, and breadcrumbs.

  • Shape into 12 slider-sized patties and place on a lined baking sheet.

  • Bake at 400°F for 18–20 minutes or pan-sear 3–4 minutes per side until fully cooked (165°F internal temp).

  • Add cheese to patties in the last 2 minutes of cooking to melt.

  • Toast buns in a skillet with butter or oil until golden.

  • Assemble sliders with patties, cheese, and your favorite toppings. Serve immediately.

Notes

  • Don’t overmix the turkey mixture to keep patties tender.

  • Toasting the buns helps prevent sogginess and adds texture.

  • Customize with your favorite cheeses, sauces, and toppings.

  • You can make the patties a day ahead and refrigerate.

  • Freeze cooked or uncooked patties for up to 3 months.
