Ingredients

1.5 lbs ground turkey (93% lean)

1/4 cup finely diced onion

2 garlic cloves, minced

1 tbsp Dijon mustard

1 tbsp Worcestershire sauce

1/2 tsp paprika

1/2 tsp salt

1/4 tsp ground black pepper

1 egg

1/3 cup breadcrumbs

12 slider buns
-
12 cheese slices (cheddar, mozzarella, or provolone)

Butter or olive oil (for toasting buns)

Optional: Lettuce, tomato, pickles, onion, ketchup, mustard, mayo
Instructions

In a large bowl, gently mix turkey, onion, garlic, mustard, Worcestershire, paprika, salt, pepper, egg, and breadcrumbs.

Shape into 12 slider-sized patties and place on a lined baking sheet.

Bake at 400°F for 18–20 minutes or pan-sear 3–4 minutes per side until fully cooked (165°F internal temp).

Add cheese to patties in the last 2 minutes of cooking to melt.

Toast buns in a skillet with butter or oil until golden.
