- 1 tsp fresh thyme or rosemary (optional)
For the Garlic Cream Sauce:
- 1 tbsp butter
- 3 cloves garlic, minced
- ½ cup heavy cream
- ½ cup beef broth
- ¼ cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 1 tsp Dijon mustard (optional)
- Salt & black pepper to taste
- Fresh parsley for garnish
Instructions
- Prepare the Steak: Pat dry and season with salt, pepper, and paprika.
- Sear the Steak: Heat olive oil in a pan over medium-high heat. Sear steaks for 3-4 minutes per side. Add butter, garlic, and herbs, then baste the steak. Remove and let rest.
- Make the Sauce: In the same pan, melt butter, sauté garlic, then add broth, cream, and Parmesan. Simmer until thickened.
