- 1 cup granulated sugar

Instructions
- Preheat oven to 225°F (107°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- Beat egg whites until foamy. Add cream of tartar and salt.
- Gradually add sugar, one tablespoon at a time, while beating.
- Slowly add Jello powder and beat until stiff, glossy peaks form.
- Transfer mixture to a piping bag and pipe onto the baking sheet.
- Bake for 1 hour. Turn off oven and let cookies cool inside for another hour.
- Store in an airtight container at room temperature.
