- ⅓ cup honey
- 3 tablespoons soy sauce
- 4 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 teaspoon ginger, minced
- 1 tablespoon rice vinegar
- 1 teaspoon sesame oil (optional)
- ½ teaspoon red pepper flakes (optional)
- Green onions and sesame seeds for garnish

Instructions
- Slice the chicken or beef into thin strips.
- Coat with cornstarch, salt, and pepper.
- Heat oil in a pan over medium-high heat and sear the protein until golden brown. Remove from pan.
