Description

Soft, fluffy breakfast rolls filled with scrambled eggs, crispy bacon, sausage, and cheese. Perfect for meal prep, brunch, or a grab-and-go breakfast!


Ingredients

Scale
  • 1 cup warm water
  • 1 tbsp yeast
  • 1 tbsp sugar
  • 1 tbsp oil
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 2 ½3 cups flour
  • 2 tbsp melted butter
  • 2 cups shredded cheddar jack cheese
  • 1215 slices cooked bacon (chopped)
  • 6 breakfast sausages (cooked and diced)
  • 4 large eggs (scrambled)

Instructions

  • Combine warm water, yeast, and sugar. Let sit for 3-4 minutes.
  • Add oil, salt, and flour. Knead for 3-4 minutes and let rest for 15 minutes.
  • Cook bacon and sausage. Scramble eggs lightly.
  • Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C).
  • Roll out dough, brush with melted butter, and spread filling evenly.
  • Roll tightly, cut into slices, and place on a baking sheet.
  • Bake for 12-14 minutes. Add remaining cheese and bake for 1-2 more minutes.
  • Let cool slightly before serving.

Notes

  • Store in the fridge for up to 3 days or freeze for up to 3 months.
  • Reheat in the microwave for 30-60 seconds or in the oven at 350°F (175°C) for 5-10 minutes.
