Ingredients

2 ripe mangoes, peeled and diced

1 ripe avocado, diced

½ red onion, thinly sliced

½ red bell pepper, chopped

1 small cucumber, chopped

Handful of fresh coriander (cilantro), chopped

Juice of 1 lime

Salt and black pepper, to taste
Instructions

Dice mango, avocado, cucumber, and bell pepper.

Thinly slice red onion and chop fresh coriander.

Add all ingredients to a large bowl.

Drizzle with lime juice, season with salt and pepper.
