Ingredients
For the Chicken:

4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts

Salt & black pepper, to taste

½ tsp garlic powder

½ tsp onion powder

½ tsp dried thyme
-
½ tsp dried basil
For the Honey Mustard Sauce:

¼ cup honey
-
2 tbsp melted butter
-
1 tbsp Dijon mustard

1 tbsp yellow mustard
-
1 tbsp wholegrain mustard
-
2 tsp hot sauce (optional)

½ tsp white vinegar
-
⅛ tsp paprika
Instructions

Preheat grill to 425–450°F.

Pat chicken dry and season with salt, pepper, garlic powder, onion powder, thyme, and basil.

Whisk together all sauce ingredients. Set aside ¼ cup for basting.

Grill chicken for 2 minutes per side to sear.

Baste with sauce and grill for 7 minutes. Flip, baste again, and cook 5–6 more minutes or until internal temp reaches 165°F.

Let chicken rest 8 minutes before slicing and serving.

Drizzle with remaining sauce or serve it on the side.
