Ingredients

1 lb boneless, skinless chicken breasts, cut into 1-inch cubes

Bamboo skewers, soaked 30 minutes
Honey Garlic Sauce:

¼ cup butter
-
4 cloves garlic, minced

½ cup honey
-
¼ cup apple cider vinegar
-
¼ cup soy sauce
-
¼ cup brown sugar
-
2 tbsp cornstarch
-
¼ cup water
Instructions

Soak bamboo skewers in water.

Cut chicken into cubes and thread onto skewers.

In a saucepan, melt butter and sauté garlic. Add honey, vinegar, soy sauce, and brown sugar.

Mix cornstarch and water, add to sauce, simmer until thick.

Grill chicken 5–7 minutes per side, brushing with sauce at the end.

Or bake at 400°F for 20 mins, then broil 2–3 mins with sauce.

Serve with extra sauce on top.

Use chicken thighs for more juiciness.

Add chili flakes to the sauce for a spicy twist.
