Description

Garlic Shrimp Gratin is a creamy, cheesy seafood dish made with succulent shrimp, garlic butter, and a rich gratin sauce, baked to perfection. This easy yet indulgent recipe is perfect for appetizers, side dishes, or served over pasta for a complete meal.


Ingredients

  • For extra crunch, top with buttered panko breadcrumbs before baking.
  • Add a pinch of red pepper flakes for a spicy kick.
  • Use Gruyère or white cheddar for a different cheese flavor.

Instructions

  • Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C) and grease a small baking dish.
  • In a skillet, melt butter over medium heat. Add garlic and shrimp, cooking for 2-3 minutes until shrimp start turning pink. Remove from heat and transfer to the baking dish.
  • Pour heavy cream over the shrimp, then sprinkle with mozzarella, Parmesan, and breadcrumbs (if using).
  • Bake for 10-12 minutes, then broil for 2 minutes until the cheese is golden and bubbly.
  • Garnish with fresh parsley and serve hot with bread, rice, or pasta.
