Description

This garlic Parmesan grilled chicken is juicy, flavorful, and incredibly easy to make on your Blackstone griddle. Coated in a rich buttery garlic-Parmesan sauce, it’s a weeknight dinner favorite you’ll come back to again and again.


Ingredients

For the Chicken

  • 2 lbs chicken tenderloins

  • 2 tbsp olive oil

Spice Blend

  • 2 tsp paprika

  • 1 tsp garlic powder

  • 1 tsp onion powder

  • ½ tsp salt

  • ½ tsp pepper

Garlic Parmesan Sauce

  • 1 stick salted butter

  • 10 cloves garlic, minced

  • ½ cup grated Parmesan cheese

  • 1 tbsp hot sauce

  • 2 tsp red pepper flakes

  • ⅓ cup fresh parsley, minced


Instructions

  • Mix all spices with olive oil and coat chicken. Marinate for 1 hour.

  • In a pan, melt butter and cook garlic. Add Parmesan, hot sauce, red pepper flakes, and parsley. Stir and divide sauce.

  • Preheat Blackstone griddle to medium-high.

  • Cook chicken for 5 minutes per side, basting with sauce. Flip and cook until internal temp reaches 165°F.

  • Remove from heat, rest, and drizzle with reserved sauce. Serve warm.

Notes

  • Use freshly grated Parmesan for best flavor.

  • Adjust red pepper flakes to control the heat.

  • This recipe is gluten-free and halal.

  • Can substitute chicken breasts or thighs.
