This garlic Parmesan grilled chicken is juicy, flavorful, and incredibly easy to make on your Blackstone griddle. Coated in a rich buttery garlic-Parmesan sauce, it’s a weeknight dinner favorite you’ll come back to again and again.
Ingredients
For the Chicken

2 lbs chicken tenderloins

2 tbsp olive oil
Spice Blend

2 tsp paprika
-
1 tsp garlic powder
-
1 tsp onion powder
-
½ tsp salt
-
½ tsp pepper
Garlic Parmesan Sauce

1 stick salted butter
-
10 cloves garlic, minced
-
½ cup grated Parmesan cheese
-
1 tbsp hot sauce
-
2 tsp red pepper flakes
-
⅓ cup fresh parsley, minced
Instructions

Mix all spices with olive oil and coat chicken. Marinate for 1 hour.

In a pan, melt butter and cook garlic. Add Parmesan, hot sauce, red pepper flakes, and parsley. Stir and divide sauce.

Preheat Blackstone griddle to medium-high.

Cook chicken for 5 minutes per side, basting with sauce. Flip and cook until internal temp reaches 165°F.

Remove from heat, rest, and drizzle with reserved sauce. Serve warm.
