Description

These Garlic Parmesan Chicken Skewers are loaded with flavor and cooked to perfection in the air fryer, oven, or on the grill. Juicy, buttery, garlicky, and easy to make, they’re perfect for weeknight dinners, BBQs, or meal prep.


Ingredients

  • 2 lbs chicken tenders, breasts, or thighs (cut into 3-inch pieces)

  • 2 tbsp olive oil

Chicken Seasoning Mix:

  • 1½ tbsp dry ranch seasoning

  • 1 tsp dried dill

  • 2 tsp paprika

  • 1 tsp garlic powder

  • 1 tsp onion powder

  • ½ tsp salt

  • ½ tsp black pepper

Garlic Parmesan Butter Sauce:

  • 1 stick butter

  • 810 cloves garlic, minced

  • ½ cup grated Parmesan

  • 1 tbsp hot sauce (adjust to taste)

  • 2 tsp red pepper flakes

  • ⅓ cup fresh parsley, minced

  • 1 tbsp dry ranch seasoning

  • 1 tsp dried dill

  • ½ tsp onion powder


Instructions

  • Soak wooden skewers in water for 30 minutes.

  • Toss chicken with olive oil and seasoning mix until coated.

  • Thread chicken onto skewers tightly.

  • Make sauce by melting butter and mixing in garlic and remaining sauce ingredients. Set aside ⅓ for basting.

  • Air Fryer: Cook skewers at 400°F for 5 minutes. Flip, baste, cook 2 more minutes. Flip, baste, cook 5–6 more minutes. Final baste.

  • Oven: Bake at 450°F for 14 minutes, flipping and basting halfway. Broil 2–3 minutes for golden tops.

  • Grill: Grill over medium-high heat 5–6 minutes per side, basting often.

  • Rest 5 minutes. Baste one last time and sprinkle with Parmesan.

Notes

  • Can use chicken thighs for juicier texture.

  • Adjust spice level by modifying red pepper and hot sauce.

  • Great for meal prep and easy to freeze.
