Crispy, juicy, and bursting with bold garlic butter flavor, these air fryer chicken skewers are perfect for busy nights or effortless entertaining.
Ingredients
Chicken Skewers:

1½ lbs boneless, skinless chicken thighs (cut into 2″ pieces)

1 Tbsp olive oil

1½ Tbsp garlic and herb seasoning
Garlic Parmesan Butter:

½ cup unsalted butter (softened)
-
4 garlic cloves (minced)
-
1 Tbsp garlic and herb seasoning

½ tsp kosher salt
-
⅓ cup chopped parsley
-
¼ cup grated Parmesan cheese
Optional Homemade Seasoning:

Dried garlic, basil, parsley, black pepper, red pepper flakes, kosher salt
Instructions

Soak wooden skewers for 30 minutes.

Toss chicken with olive oil and seasoning.

Thread chicken onto skewers.

Preheat air fryer to 400°F if required.

Place skewers in basket; air fry 8 minutes.

Flip and brush with garlic butter.

Cook 7 more minutes. Flip and brush again.

Optional: Broil for 1–2 minutes for crispier edges.

Garnish with parsley and Parmesan. Serve hot.
Notes

For added spice, mix chili flakes into the butter.

Fresh Parmesan melts better than pre-grated.
