These Garlic Parmesan Cheeseburger Bombs are a delicious combination of juicy ground beef, melted cheddar, and flaky biscuit dough, all brushed with a buttery garlic-Parmesan topping. Perfect for parties, snacks, or a fun family meal!

Ingredients

Scale
  • 1 lb ground beef
  • ½ tsp salt
  • ¼ tsp black pepper
  • ½ tsp garlic powder
  • ½ tsp onion powder
  • 1 tbsp Worcestershire sauce
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1 can refrigerated biscuit dough
  • 3 tbsp butter, melted
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 2 tbsp grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1 tbsp fresh parsley, chopped

Instructions

  • Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  • Cook ground beef over medium heat with salt, pepper, garlic powder, onion powder, and Worcestershire sauce. Drain excess grease.
  • Stir in shredded cheddar cheese and let cool slightly.
  • Flatten each piece of biscuit dough. Place a spoonful of beef mixture in the center, fold the edges, and pinch to seal.
  • In a small bowl, mix melted butter, minced garlic, and Parmesan cheese.
  • Brush each cheeseburger bomb with the garlic butter mixture and place them seam-side down on the baking sheet.
  • Bake for 12-15 minutes, or until golden brown.
  • Garnish with fresh parsley and serve warm with your favorite dipping sauce.

Notes

  • Use lean ground beef to prevent excess grease.
  • Add bacon bits or jalapeños for extra flavor.
  • Air fryer method: Cook at 350°F (175°C) for 8-10 minutes.
