- 1 lb ground beef
- ½ tsp salt
- ¼ tsp black pepper
- ½ tsp garlic powder
- ½ tsp onion powder
- 1 tbsp Worcestershire sauce
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 1 can refrigerated biscuit dough
- 3 tbsp butter, melted
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 2 tbsp grated Parmesan cheese
- 1 tbsp fresh parsley, chopped
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- Cook ground beef over medium heat with salt, pepper, garlic powder, onion powder, and Worcestershire sauce. Drain excess grease.
- Stir in shredded cheddar cheese and let cool slightly.
- Flatten each piece of biscuit dough. Place a spoonful of beef mixture in the center, fold the edges, and pinch to seal.
- In a small bowl, mix melted butter, minced garlic, and Parmesan cheese.
- Brush each cheeseburger bomb with the garlic butter mixture and place them seam-side down on the baking sheet.
- Bake for 12-15 minutes, or until golden brown.
- Garnish with fresh parsley and serve warm with your favorite dipping sauce.
