Description
Tender, flavorful chicken thighs marinated in bold spices, air-fried to golden perfection, and brushed with homemade garlic herb butter. Quick, easy, and incredibly delicious!
Ingredients

1 lb boneless, skinless chicken thighs (cut into 2″ pieces)

½ tsp garlic powder

½ tsp onion powder

½ tsp paprika

¼ tsp cayenne pepper

¼ tsp turmeric
-
1 tsp kosher salt

½ tsp black pepper
-
1 tbsp avocado oil
-
1 stick unsalted butter
-
6 garlic cloves, minced

1 tbsp honey
-
1 tbsp freshly chopped parsley
Instructions

Combine spices and toss with chicken and avocado oil.

Marinate for 20 minutes (or longer).

Melt butter over medium heat, add garlic, cook until fragrant. Stir in honey and parsley.

Thread marinated chicken onto soaked wooden skewers or metal skewers.

Air fry at 400°F for 10 minutes. Flip and cook another 6–8 minutes.

Brush hot skewers with garlic herb butter.

Garnish with extra parsley and serve immediately.
