Instructions

  • Cook the Potatoes:

    • Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat.

    • Add potatoes, Italian seasoning, salt, and pepper. Cook for 10–12 minutes, stirring occasionally, until golden and tender.

    • Remove from skillet and set aside.

  • Cook the Steak Bites:

    • Season steak pieces with salt and pepper.

    • In the same skillet, heat olive oil over medium-high heat.

    • Add steak bites in a single layer and cook for 2–3 minutes per side until browned to your liking.

    • Remove steak from skillet and set aside.

    • Once melted, add garlic and cook for 1 minute until fragrant.

    • Return steak and potatoes to the skillet, tossing to coat in garlic butter sauce.
