  • 4 tilapia fillets
  • 3 tbsp unsalted butter, melted
  • 3 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 tsp lemon juice
  • ½ tsp paprika
  • ½ tsp dried oregano
  • ½ tsp dried thyme
  • ½ tsp salt
  • ½ tsp black pepper
  • Lemon slices & chopped parsley for garnish

Instructions

  • Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  • In a small bowl, mix melted butter, garlic, lemon juice, paprika, oregano, thyme, salt, and black pepper.
  • Place tilapia fillets on the baking sheet and brush them with the garlic butter mixture.
  • Bake for 10-12 minutes or until the fish flakes easily with a fork.
