Instructions

  • Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C).

  • Line a baking sheet or dish with parchment or lightly grease it.

  • In a small bowl, whisk melted butter, garlic, lemon juice, and Italian seasoning.

  • Place shrimp on the baking sheet and pour the butter mixture over them.

  • Toss to coat evenly, then spread shrimp in a single layer.

  • Season with salt and pepper.
