1. Cook the Pasta: In a large pot, bring salted water to boil. Add the rotini pasta and cook according to the package instructions until al dente. Drain and rinse under cold water to stop the cooking process.

2. Prepare Veggies: While the pasta cooks, chop your vegetables. Halve the cherry tomatoes, dice the bell pepper and cucumber, and slice the black olives.

3. Make Eyeballs: For each “eyeball,” stack a slice of provolone cheese and a mozzarella ball. Place a whole black olive in the center of the mozzarella ball. Set these aside.
